New restaurant concept with an open kitchen and traditional
flavors has been open in January 2011. The name of the restaurant become from italian translation of "to be healthy, feel good, feel at ease".
Therefore we are focused on a quiet, relaxed interior design full of
flowers, herbs and colors. .

In Starsano we use quality ingredients with an focus on local suppliers.
You can choose from fresh pasta made by czech producer or delicious
grilled meats and seasonal vegetables. The pasta speciality is "Sepia
colored spaghetti with salmon, baby spinach and lemon-parsley sauce". From the grill we recommend our "Hanger steak prepared the way as czech "svíčková" served with a fine ricotta dumplings".
